The 30 day challenge is essentially 30 days of sticking to healthy habits. I provide a 30-day workout guide with purchase of Arbonne’s 30-day nutrition pack. The nutrition package comes with everything you need to succeed with this challenge!
It covers two meals a day in the form of protein pancakes, protein shakes, protein waffles, protein oats, etc! It leaves place for one meal of your choice (we provide meal plans/recipes) that fits the guidelines.
Oh, and of course, healthy snacks! So YES, you are eating WELL on this challenge! This challenge is not a fad diet. We do not count calories, macros or points! Of course, if you DO count macros or calories, you can still do this challenge. The point of this challenge is to teach you habits to form a healthy lifestyle! Everything you learn during these 30 days will show you how to maintain your progress, continue toward your goals, and feel better that ever while doing so!
All who enter the challenge will have access to me personally, for check-ins, as well as join a fun group for advice and tips and struggles, etc! Everything is all natural, certified vegan, plant-based, and soy/gluten/dairy free!
